Jon Stewart was really hoping Hillary Clinton would make that announcement on Tuesday’s The Daily Show — and he tried to give her a little coaxing.

Stewart: “Do you like commuting to work or do you like a home office?”
Clinton: “I’ve spent so many years commuting I kind of like a home office.”
Stewart: “Do you have a favorite shape for that home office?”
Clinton: “I think the world is so complicated, the fewer corners you can have the better.”
Still, no dice for Stewart.
