Disney XD is getting into the Halloween spirit early.
In this weekend's Ultimate Spider-Man, Spider-Man (Drake Bell) and his friends find themselves under attack by evil vampires led by Dracula. The web-slinger's only hope of stopping a world takeover is to recruit Nick Fury's secret team of monsters, The Howling Commandos, made up of Jack Russell/Werewolf by Night, vampire hunter Blade, The Living Mummy, Frankenstein's Monster and Man-Thing.
The Hollywood Reporter exclusively debuts a scene from the new episode, which sees Spider-Man first meeting the Howling Commandos. It's there he gets a first sense of "how the Howlers roll," and he does his best to persuade them to put aside their differences to work alongside each other -- at least, long enough to successfully complete the mission.
Ross Lynch, Terry Crews, Oded Fehr, Kevin Michael Richardson and Cory Burton all provide guest voices for the episode.
The Ultimate Spider-Man's Halloween episode airs Saturday, Oct. 5 at 9 p.m. on Disney XD.
