Glee actor Corey Monteith was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room on July 13 due to a drug overdose. The tribute episode for his character Finn Hudson will premiere Thursday, Oct. 10 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. Just imagining Lea and the rest of the cast filming this episode is heart-wrenching.
