JWoww just got slapped with a lawsuit.
The “Jersey Shore” star is being sued by Stuart Levine, her former landlord who claims the reality star filmed the show a number of times in her home during its first season, and that he had no idea his property was being commercially used that way.
Also named in the lawsuit is the show’s production company, 495 Productions.
Levine is seeking more than $450,000, including reimbursement for damages done to the property.
So far no word from 495 Productions or JWoww on the lawsuit.
