A$AP Rocky, who recently needed to be restrained by girlfriend Chanel Iman while he argued with a security guard at the MTV Video Music Awards, was charged on Tuesday with misdemeanor assault for allegedly slapping a woman in Philadelphia.
The woman claimed that while at the “Made in America” festival on Saturday, the rapper hit her in the face while making his way through the crowd.
According to the woman’s complaint, other women were pulling on Rocky’s shirt, and he turned around and slapped her, resulting in her allegedly suffering whiplash.
