Style is going back to The Shore.
The NBCUniversal-owned cable network has scheduled the sixth season premiere of its long-running unscripted entry Jerseylicious for early October, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The divas of Jerseylicious will be back to reveal their summer of fun at the infamous Jersey Shore on Sunday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m., followed by the fourth season return of Big Rich Texas.
Jerseylicious for the first time will document more of the gang's lives outside the salon as Olivia and her friends head to Asbury Park for the summer. While Olivia is looking forward to a summer of fun with Gigi, Michelle and Briella, she is forced to re-evaluate some of her friendships as well as what she wants from her budding romance with an old flame. Meanwhile, Tracy prepares to marry Corey as the couple cope with stress brought on by their upcoming wedding. Finally, Anthony, after publishing a book celebrating key moments and people in New Jersey history, will search for his next big idea and Gayle is ready to celebrate the Gatsby's big anniversary.
Anticipation for the return of Jerseylicious hit a fever pitch Sunday when photos of Tracy and Corey's wedding drew more than 1 million page views to StyleNetwork.com, the first time the site has hit the key metric according to Omniture.
Meanwhile, Big Rich Texas: Whitney's Having a Baby will bow immediately after Jerseylicious at 9 p.m. The season will follow Whitney as she learns about pregnancy, parenting and family in a six-episode season that will culminate with the birth of her baby.
