Dallas Buyers Club stars Matthew McConaughey as real-life cowboy Ron Woodroof, whose mid-1980s HIV diagnosis led him to seek experimental drugs, which he then distributed to other patients unable to get treatment through legal means.
Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto also star.
The movie hits theaters in November.
