Lisa Marie Presley Plans Big New Tour: “I Love the Interaction With the Fans”

Lisa Marie Presley is ready to hit the road! The 45-year-old singer and daughter of musical legend Elvis Presley is poised to kick off the third leg of her "Storm & Grace" tour -- and this time, the crooner is looking to expand her musical influence beyond her country music fans.

The Storm & Grace singer's new track "People" will be featured on the upcoming soundtrack for season three hit AMC series The Walking Dead this fall, a rep for the star tells Us Weekly.

And Presley, who will perform several of her newest songs, including "Over Me," "Weary," and "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet," during the 32-city tour, has also found a new partnership with charity World Vision, bringing attention to poverty worldwide.

"Her passion to ensure the well being of children around the world is a perfect fit with our mission," Michael Bianchi, director of World Vision Artists, said in a statement. "We look forward to doing great things together!"

The tour will kick off in Newberg, Ore. on Aug. 27,  move from the West Coast through the Midwest to the East Coast and end in Londonderry, NH on Nov. 24, just after Thanksgiving.

"I just love the interaction with the fans, and I like to see what they have to say," she recently told the Huffington Post Canada about touring. "I love my relationship with my fans. It's just a nice, sort of exchange of energy between me and them."
