Miguel was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The “#Beautiful” performer was busted for drunk driving after the California Highway Patrol pulled over his BMW for speeding at approximately 2:15 a.m.
Miguel failed a Breathalyzer test, blowing a .10 and a .11, according to TMZ.
He was taken to a nearby station and booked for DUI, and was later released on $5,000 bail.
A court appearance is scheduled for September.
