Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner testified in favor of an anti-paparazzi bill that protects children on Tuesday.
The stars spoke in front of an Assembly Judiciary Committee in Sacramento, California, urging lawmakers to support legislation that would make it illegal for paparazzi to photograph children without the permission of a parent or guardian.
Berry, who has previously testified for the bill, told the committee that photographers have made her daughter Nahla scared to go to school.
Garner similarly got emotional while detailing how paparazzi constantly follow her three children.
