John Mayer is “planning to pop the question” to Katy Perry, claims the Daily Mail.
The ladies’ man musician has been “tamed” by Perry, who has “made him a different man,” explains the newspaper.
A so-called “friend” tells the Daily Mail, “She’s changed his life forever. This is the most serious John has been about anyone and he wants to make it official.”
A different source reveals to the outlet, “Their romance is so strong — so it shouldn’t be too long before he gets down on one knee.”
But while Mayer and Perry are clearly smitten with each other, the Daily Mail has jumped the gun with engagement talk.
A source close to the situation scoffed at the rumor, telling Gossip Cop the proposal report is completely premature.
