The official “Glee” farewell to Cory Monteith is still several months away, but FOX aired a touching video in memory of the late actor before the airing of Thursday’s repeat episode.
The short memorial card showcased some of Monteith’s memorable “Glee” moments, and ended with the lines, “Cory Monteith Forever in our Hearts.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Monteith’s character Finn Hudson will be written off the show during the upcoming fifth season’s third episode, slated to air in October.
While the storyline remains unknown, the cast and crew will film drug-related PSAs to air during the episode.
Monteith died last month at age 31.
