Lady Gaga will perform at the MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn on August 25, the network announced on Thursday (see video below).
It’s expected that the pop star will sing her new, untitled track, scheduled for release the prior week as the lead single from her upcoming ARTPOP project.
Gaga performed the national anthem at New York’s Gay Pride rally last month, but has been largely sidelined in recent months with a hip injury.
More performers will be announced in the coming days.
