Comic-Con was invaded by Vikings on Friday, with the first trailer for season two debuting during the show's panel in San Diego.
The show, from Michael Hirst, centers on Norse hero Ragnar Lodbrok (Travis Fimmel), who rises from a young Viking warrior to the leader of his clan.

The first season was a major success for History in its first foray into original drama. Vikings became the No. 1 new cable series of the year, and was renewed for a 10-episode second season. They're currently shooting the second season for a 2014 premiere.
From the first trailer, season two is looking very, very bloody as Ragnar and his brother stand an opposite sides of a war.
