A thunderstorm in Colorado caused a massive mudslide on Wednesday that covered two lanes of a highway and swept away cars in its path. The National Weather Service says the mudslide was a direct result of the Waldo Canyon area fire last year since plants that would have absorbed some of the rainfall had been burned.
