Norman was a deaf senior dog abandoned without much hope until the FIDO organization stepped in, and Susan Niehoff gave him a forever home and a wheelchair.

The 11-year-old-dog has arthritis that was affecting his ability to get around, so FIDO started a campaign to get him a wheelchair.
