Being sick is terrible.
Being sick with a slew of overzealous paparazzi sticking cameras in your face and asking you rude questions is much worse — just ask Miley Cyrus.
The “We Can’t Stop” singer was swarmed by photographers upon exiting a medical building in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

One shutterbug asked the singer, “Miley are you pregnant?” to which Cyrus shot back, “No, I’m f**king sick you b**ch.”
The paps then followed Cyrus’ pal Cheynne Thomas to CVS, pestering him while he was picking up her prescription for her reported laryngitis.
