Jimmy Kimmel is up to no good.
In addition to leading his Jimmy Kimmel Live late-night talker, the host has been pulling double duty with special NBA Finals-themed game night editions in primetime. The latest Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night special, slated to air 7 p.m. CT/8 p.m. ET and following Game 6 between the San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat on the West Coast, features White House Down stars Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum as his guests.
In true Kimmel fashion, with A-listers like Foxx and Tatum dropping by, why not have a little fun? The Hollywood Reporter debuts an exclusive image from the June 18 episode featuring Kimmel and Foxx — donning a tophat, of course — in a comedy sketch that calls for coordinated outfits and lots of green-screen work. So what exactly are they doing in the shot above?
The context of the image and details on the sketch itself — filmed June 10 — are being kept under lock and key. And don't worry, Tatum also appears in the sketch, alongside other surprise guests.
Foxx and Tatum dropped by Kimmel's post-Oscar show in February and a source tells THR that the sketch stemmed from that particular appearance. What are they running with? (Watch a part of their chat below.)
For the curious, Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night has produced recent comedy spoofs like Teen Wolf "sequel" Adult Wolf and Clash of the Titus.
White House Down opens June 28.
