Through the pact, Moritz and Vivian Cannon will develop and executive produce drama and comedy projects and series for the studio.

The duo most recently executive produced Showtime's Laura Linney starrer The Big C, which recently wrapped its fourth and final season as a miniseries with four hourlong installments. Moritz and Cannon also served as EPs on NBC's summer comedy Save Me, starring Anne Heche.

Moritz has a long roster of credits on the feature film side, producing the entire Fast & Furious franchise as well as 21 Jump Street, I Am Legend, S.W.A.T., XXX, Sweet Home Alabama as well as the upcoming R.I.P.D., starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds.
