Jennifer Aniston is “ready to bury the hatchet” with Angelina Jolie, claims OK!
The magazine, which has a dreadful track record when it comes to reporting on both actresses, says, “Jen has softened toward her nemesis” and is “begging for a tete-a-tete to clear the air.”
A so-called “pal” tells the tab, “Jen asked Brad [Pitt] for a secret meeting with Angie. It’s so overdue.”
The supposed “source” alleges that Aniston wants to have the “private” get-together either at “Brad’s Plan B production company office in L.A., or at Echo Films, Jen’s production company.”
Ah, yes, that sounds super covert — having two of the most followed stars meet at production offices in Los Angeles.
Anyway, the mag’s purported “insider” alleges that Aniston was “quite taken aback” by the news of Jolie’s preventative double mastectomy, saying, “It really made her think.”
About what?
The source doesn’t know.
Still, the “insider” goes on to claim that Pitt “loves the idea,” but Jolie is “still thinking about it.”
Ooh, what will she decided?! The suspense is killing us!

None of this ever happened.
OK! made up this story because it has no real news to report on this week, as evidenced by the magazine’s pathetic bait-and-switch cover story which makes it seem like Jessica Simpson already gave birth.
Regardless, Gossip Cop checked in with an Aniston insider, who calls the tab’s tale “stupid.”
