Fast National returns give NBC solid victories in both adults 18-49 (3.1 rating) and total viewers (10.9 million) on Monday night -- with the premiere of America's Got Talent eclipsing The Voice to be the top show of the night.
A one-hour Voice (3.0 adults) was down two tenths of a point from last week for a Tuesday series low. And at 9 p.m., the two-hour launch of America's Got Talent (3.1 adults) came in six tenths of a point short of last summer's opener. Still, the first episode featuring new judges Melanie Brown and Heidi Klum was up 29 percent from the last finale.
So You Think You Can Dance took dip on Fox, falling three tenths of a point to a 1.6 rating among adults 18-49 and an average 4.4 million viewers.
Encores of NCIS and NCIS: LA led into a downward Brooklyn D.A. (0.8 adults) on CBS. The new unscripted series was down two tenths of a point from last week's premiere. CBS averaged a 0.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 6.8 million viewers.
Extreme Weight Loss (1.0 adults) was also down. The ABC series dropped two tenths of a point in its two-hour episode, giving the network an average 0.9 rating with in the key demo and 4 million viewers for the night.
The CW, in encores, averaged a 0.2 rating with adults 18-49 and 578,000 viewers.
Univision pulled a 1.3 adults rating and 3.4 million viewers.
