“Kim’s Greedy Plot Exposed,” blares a headline from Life & Style, which claims Kim Kardashian plans to sell photos of her baby behind Kanye West’s back.
The mag says that while West is adamant about keeping the couple’s baby “out of the spotlight,” Kardashian is “already scheming to score a huge payday for their child’s first photos.”
Life & Style, which has been mocked by the reality TV family for its BOGUS coverage of Kardashian’s pregnancy, alleges that West “banned his partner from selling the first photos of their bundle of joy,” but that Kardashian is trying to make the secret sale anyway.
A purported “insider” for the tabloid reveals, “Kanye just wants to release a shot of their kid on Tumblr or Instagram, similar to what his buddy Jay-Z did with Blue Ivy.”
The magazine’s “source” goes on to claim that West recently “found out” Kardashian was trying to sell the pictures to a magazine, and supposedly flipped out.
“He has made it very clear that that Kim is to stop all negotiations immediately, and that she is to finally start acting like a mom instead of a business women,” says the pal.
Seriously?
NO.
The entire premise of this story is ridiculous.
How could Kardashian secretly sell the pictures to a magazine? What would she tell West when the tab hit newsstands? “Surprise!“?
Of course, the pair will co-parent and make decisions regarding their baby together as a couple.
If down the road they choose to sell photos of their child, it will be a joint decision.
In any case, a Kardashian family insider tells Gossip Cop it’s completely “not true” that Kim was negotiating to sell the baby photos behind West’s back.
