"The Voice" with Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams
After a night of heated performances and risky choices, two singers were sent home on Tuesday night, leaving 10 singers to vie for the winning title. (Thankfully, everyone stayed cool, since the air conditioning worked just fine.)
Robin Thicke kicked off the live results show by performing his new single “Blurred Lines” with T.I. and Usher’s guest mentor Pharrell Williams, as well as Vedo and Kris Thomas. Other performances brought Blake Shelton and his Nashville-loving teammates onstage for Brooks and Dunn's “Play Somethin’ Country,” the ladies of Adam Levine’s team with their guest mentor Hillary Scott and her Lady Antebellum bandmates for “Goodbye Town” and The Cure’s “Love Song” with Levine on the electric guitar.

After a hilarious reel of the contestants’ confessionals (Bradbery takes way too many "selfies" backstage, Garrett Gardner taught archery at a Renaissance fair and Zach Swon can make his face look exactly like the mask of the Scream movies), the top 10 were revealed. Here they are in chronological order:
Kris Thomas (Team Shakira)
The Swon Brothers (Team Blake)
Sarah Simmons (Team Adam)
Josiah Hawley (Team Usher)
Judith Hill (Team Adam)
Danielle Bradbery (Team Blake)
Michelle Chamuel (Team Usher)
Amber Carrington (Team Adam)
Holly Tucker (Team Blake)
Sasha Allen (Team Shakira)

Vedo, from Usher’s team, was sent home, as well as Gardner, a member of Shakira’s team -- on the night of his father’s birthday. Looks like Shakira's '90s remix risk didn't pay off and Usher's choreography tips didn't enhance the Michael Jackson cover enough. Clearly, America is loving whatever veteran coaches Levine and Shelton are doing -- after all, they both have championships under their belt.
Next week, guest mentors Scott, Williams and Sheryl Crow return to help mentor the remaining singers. For all the Cee Lo Green fans, the former feline-petting judge will step in for Joel Madden.
What did you think of Tuesday’s eliminations? Were the right singers sent home tonight? Sound off in the comments below.
