Maxim revealed its Hot 100 of 2013 on Thursday, with Miley Cyrus landing in the number one position, just as the singer had promised over the weekend.
Following Cyrus in the reader-selected list are Selena Gomez, Rihanna, Mila Kunis, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ashley Tisdale, Kate Upton, Vanessa Hudgens and Elisha Cuthbert.
