MSNBC has found a host for Way Too Early.
Brian Shactman, formerly a fill-in anchor on CNBC, will take over as host for the network's early morning talk show. Willie Geist, who was named a Today show host last October, was the former host of the Morning Joe lead-in.

"I'd like to say something witty guys, but I'm just extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity and I'll be there between 3 and 4 a.m. if anyone wants to say hello," Shactman said Wednesday on Morning Joe.
Prior to joining CNBC, Shactman worked at NBC's Connecticut station WVIT as a morning news anchor for NBC 30 News Today. He has also worked as an analyst for ESPN and hosted programs on ESPNRadio.
"Congrats to @BShactman, the new host of Way Too Early! They did tell you it starts at 5:30 a.m., right?," Geist wrote Wednesday on Twitter. "Every day. 5:30 a.m."
