On a special two-hour Tuesday episode of The Voice, the knockout rounds continued, with contestants from Team Usher and Team Blake fighting for survival. Only four artists from each team will move on to the live shows.

Team Blake's Savannah Berry vs. Justin Rivers
Blake Shelton says both of these artists are "country with pop twists." Funnily enough, the artists both choose pop songs, but from singers of opposite genders. Savannah chooses Justin Bieber's "As Long As You Love Me," hoping to show off her own sound with it. Rivers chooses Miley Cyrus' "The Climb," and Shelton says he's taking a big risk singing a woman's song. Shelton proclaims Justin the winner for his strong performance.
Team Usher's Josiah Hawley vs. Jess Kellner
Josiah takes on "Black to Black" while Jess sings "You Give Me Something," which she says is about her mom for her. Adam Levine says that the contestants should have switched songs, but adds that Jess sounded the best she has all season. Usher says that Jess could have given her performance "a little bit more," but tells Josiah that he felt "the grit" in his performance. Usher says he is keeping Josiah.

Team Blake's Holly Tucker vs. Luke Edgemon
Both of these singers have a gospel influence, which is why Shelton paired them. Holly chooses "Live Like You Were Dying," while Luke selects Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream." Holly hits a powerful last note, which gets the audience cheering. Luke gives the song a total remake, which can always be a risk. Usher was not feeling the R&B twist on Perry's song, but Shakira and Levine like it. Shelton decides to keep Holly, and sends his steal Luke home.
Team Usher's Audrey Karrasch vs. Michelle Chamuel
Usher wants to push these two indie singers beyond their comfort zones. He does this by making them sing face-to-face to him, jump rope and do push-ups doing rehearsals. Former model Audrey is singing "How to Love" and Michelle is singing "Raise Your Glass." Audrey sounds a little unsure of the notes, while Michelle milks her awkward confidence onstage. Blake says that Audrey had some scattered problems, whereas Michelle had great energy. Usher calls Michelle "truly a thinker," and decides to keep her for the live shows.
Team Blake's Danielle Bradbery vs. Taylor Beckham
Aspiring country singer Danielle takes on a ballad with "Jesus Take the Wheel." Former gymnast Taylor picks "Russian Roulette." Danielle shows off her maturity and talent onstage, and Shelton decides to keep her.
Team Usher's C. Perkins vs. Vedo
Usher's two R&B hopefuls go head-to-head this round. C. Perkins chooses Chris Brown’s “She Ain’t You,” while Vedo picks “Everything I Do (I Do It For You)." Vedo's emotional performance wins over the crowd, and Usher decides to keep him for the live shows.
Team Blake's Grace Askew vs. The Swon Brothers
A fine country battle is set between Grace and The Swon Brothers. Grace selects Tina Turner’s “I Can’t Stand The Rain” in hopes of showing off her soulful side. The duo takes on “Drift Away.” While duos have a tough time surviving on this show, the Swon Brothers pull off a great performance and win over Shelton's country roots.
Team Usher's Cathia vs. Ryan Innes
Usher's final pairing doesn't have a lot in common, but we all know from the battle rounds that Cathia isn't afraid to fight for her spot. Cathia finally takes on an English-language song with Kelly Clarkson’s “Mr. Know It All" and Ryan croons Gavin DeGraw’s “I Don’t Wanna Be.” Ryan seems to struggle with the song, and Usher has to keep Cathia as his final teammember for the live shows.
