Kevin Hart was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Sunday morning after speeding in California.
The comedian was clocked driving at around 90 miles per hour in a black Mercedes when he was picked up by the California Highway Patrol at 4:30 a.m. PST.
Hart was “driving erratic” and “almost collided with a gas tanker truck,” reports TMZ, which adds he exhibited “signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests.”

He was taken to a local jail and later released.
