Kim Kardashian’s legal team plans to call future ex-husband Kris Humphries to testify when the former couple’s divorce trial begins next month.
According to court records, six people are on Kardashian’s potential witness list, including Humphries and mom Kris Jenner.
Kardashian and other witnesses are expected to testify that Humphries was fully involved in the prenup process and therefore was not defrauded in marrying the reality star.
The trial is set to start in L.A. on May 6.
