It's no secret that Khloe Kardashian-Odom has had a tough time getting pregnant, and in the March 31 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, the 28-year-old opens up about her infertility issues while talking with stepbrother Brandon Jenner and his wife, Leah Felder.
"How long have you guys been trying?" Brandon asks the X Factor co-host.

"Since I married Lamar," Kardashian-Odom replies. The spouses decided to take a break from fertility treatments and see if they could conceive a child naturally, to no avail.

"About a year ago, we were like, 'Let's just see what happens.' And then when it didn't happen, Kim was like, 'Let's go to the doctor,'" the NBA player's wife says. "I found out I don't ovulate, and now my uterus lining isn't thick enough and I have to take pills to make my uterus lining thicker. If that doesn't get thicker, then I cannot carry a baby."

Kourtney Kardashian and Jonathan Cheban were at the table during the conversation but remained silent. In a confessional, the mom of two admits she hasn't discussed her sister's fertility issues often.

"I overhear Khloe talking about her pregnancy drama, and she never really talks to me about it anymore," Kardashian says. "I kind of don't really ask her, because I don't want to always bother her. It just makes me sad that she has to struggle with getting pregnant."
