TLC has renewed the unscripted series and set its return for noon on Saturday, April 6, marking the network's return to daytime programming. TLC has ordered 20 half-hour episodes of the series, which features realtors guiding first-time home buyers through the process of balancing their dream home wish list with their budget.

The premiere centers on Chris Austin, who is looking for his first home in Richmond, Va. Committed to being a lifelong bachelor, he wants to find a place in the city, but his mother, Judy, wants him to look for a home in the suburbs to make room for a potential family.

"I plan on being a bachelor 'til the day I die," he says.

The two end up battling it out.
