Jennifer Lopez is “demanding” that Casper Smart “sign contracts in order to protect her image and growing empire,” claims Star, which has been totally wrong about the couple with comical frequency.
According to the tabloid, the singer “isn’t letting being smitten cloud her financial judgment.”
“She came up with a pre-wedding confidentiality agreement that states he will never take money from her,” explains a so-called “insider” for the same publication that absurdly thinks Smart has a curfew.
The Star source adds that the alleged document “also forbids him from talking to the press about her or writing a book.”
But Smart is supposedly being uncooperative, says the magazine.
“He refuses to sign [the agreement], and now they fight constantly,” says the Star insider, explaining, “He says he will sign it when they get married, but not before. She’s always led him to believe she trusts him — but if he doesn’t sign it, it’s over.”
Of course, this isn’t the first time Star has spread bogus rumors about the couple fighting, and this latest alleged prenup battle is more of the same sensationalism.
A source close to the couple tells Gossip Cop the report is “inaccurate.”
