TV Ratings: ‘Family Guy’ Grows, CBS Sunday Gets NCAA Basketball Boost

CBS saw a big boost from the 2013 NCAA Basketball tournament on Sunday night. While time zone adjustments should see final numbers looking somewhat different, an overrun lead of a 4.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 13.1 million viewers saw the rest of the lineup -- 60 Minutes, The Amazing Race, The Good Wife, The Mentalist -- jump accordingly. The network averaged a 2.4 rating in the key demo and 10.1 million viewers in Fast National returns.
