Kim Kardashian reportedly sat for a secret deposition on Tuesday as her ugly split from Kris Humphries moves toward its May trial date.
During a nine-hour meeting at the offices of Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser, the reality star is said to have sworn under oath that she accepted Humphries’ proposal and married him in 2011 in good faith, according to TMZ.
The site reports that Humphries did not attend the deposition.
Kardashian filed to divorce the NBA player just 72 days after they tied the knot, but Humphries has refused to cooperate, claiming his brief union to Kardashian was based on fraud.
He’s seeking an annulment.
According to TMZ, Humphries’ legal camp did not make significant headway in establishing the fraud case during the prolonged questioning of Kardashian this week.
The trial is set for May 6.
