Lindsay Lohan says she was NOT out partying hours after accepting a plea deal that will send her to rehab for 90 days.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, on Monday the troubled star pled “no contest” to charges of reckless driving and lying to police, before getting sentenced to rehab, community labor, and counseling.
She was also warned to stay out of trouble and away from the party scene.
But a reported sighting of Lohan at the A/V Club in Los Angeles Monday night led some to question whether she’ll actually fulfill her obligations.

No need to worry, however, says the actress, who took to Twitter on Tuesday evening to deny she was out clubbing.
“Guys relax, that was NOT me at A/V or in the @mrpink SUV,” wrote Lohan. “I’m taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead.”
She continued, “I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day…and ordered sushi to my hotel.”
“Don’t believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me,” tweeted Lohan, adding, ”The support I have gotten, has been great and means alot. <3 L”
