‘1600 Penn’: Will Skip’s Podcast Put the White House on High Alert? (Exclusive Video)

Podcasting is dangerous -- at least on 1600 Penn.

On Thursday's episode, "Live From Lincoln Bedroom," the Gilchrist's eldest son Skip (Josh Gad), decides to start an official podcast for the White House and in a scene exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter, it doesn't sit well with press secretary Marshall (Andre Holland).

At a press conference, a reporter ruffles Marshall's feathers when he breaks the news about Skip's (likely controversial) podcast. Though Marshall pretends all is well, he sprints up the stairs to confront Skip the second he's out of the reporters' views.

"Now, what I'm about to say may sound controversial .." Nine words no one ever wants to hear.

1600 Penn airs at 9:30 p.m. Thursdays on NBC.
