ABC Family Orders ‘Dancing’ Reality Series, ‘Vineyard’ Docu-Soap

ABC Family is adding two new reality shows, Dancing Fools and The Vineyard, to the schedule.

Dancing Fools, a half-hour unscripted comedy that will be hosted by Baby Daddy's Melissa Peterman, and Vineyard, a docu-soap following a group of twentysomethings in Martha's Vineyard during the summer, will launch this summer. Production begins in the spring.

Dancing Fools is created and executive produced by Phil Gurin (The Singing Bee, Oh Sit!) and produced by the Gurin Company.

Vineyard is created and executive produced by Davie Broome (The Biggest Loser) and Brian Smith (Masterchef). 25/7 Productions is behind it.

The two series join recently announced scripted efforts Twisted (formerly Socio) and The Fosters. ABC Family launched unscripted series Beverly Hills Nannies last summer.
