“Casper Smart wants to put a ring on Jennifer Lopez’s finger — but not exactly the kind she’s used to,” reports Star.
The tabloid, which has been bumbling around with bogus coverage of the couple, including the false claim that they secretly married in Mexico last year, now says Smart has a creative engagement idea.
“Instead of a stunning diamond, he suggested they get matching tattoos on their ring fingers,” explains the mag, which alleges that his request led to an “Ink Stink!”
A so-called Star “insider” claims, “When he presented her with that idea, Jen could barely control her laughter!”
That’s kind of how we feel about the outlet’s desperate effort to stir up some kind of engagement tattoo controversy after so many journalistic blunders.
A rep tells Gossip Cop the latest Star story is “inaccurate.”
