Christopher Dorner is suspected of writing a 20-page manifesto threatening California cops and their families— then acting on it. He's currently on the run.
This is Christopher Jordan Dorner, a former LAPD officer and U.S. Navy reservist. He was fired from the force in 2008 for making false statements.

In 2006, Dorner served in Afghanistan, where he had sniper training, according to NBC LA. He was let go from the Navy this month.

Quan's father, Randal Quan, is a former LAPD captain and lawyer who represented Dorner in front of a disciplinary board when he was fired.
