Candice Glover returned to “American Idol” on Wednesday in show-stopping fashion.
The contestant, who was cut last season during Hollywood Week, earned a standing ovation for her second audition.
Randy Jackson declared it the “best” performance he’d seen yet this season, and Mariah Carey agreed, saying Glover was a must to go to Hollywood.
Replied Nicki Minaj, “No, if you don’t go to the last round of this competition, there’s something wrong!”
