Amy Winehouse was posthumously awarded the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, shared with Tony Bennett, at Sunday’s awards.

Winehouse and Bennett won for “Body and Soul,” their collaboration for Bennett’s recent Duets II album.

In a ceremony held before the official telecast, the late singer’s parents movingly accepted the award on her behalf, along with Bennett.

“We shouldn’t be here,” Winehouse’s father Mitch said. “Our darling daughter should be here.”

Noting the recent passings of Whitney Houston and Etta James, Mitch added, “What can I say? There’s a beautiful girl band up in heaven.”
