Driven by overrun of NFL playoffs, Fox won Sunday night among the key demo (5.6 adults rating) and total viewers (13.7 million) -- though the nature of live sports leave its final ratings subject to change. Following overrun, The Simpsons (4.4 adults) spiked 29 percent from its last original nearly a month ago. Bob's Burgers (3.1 adults) was up 48 percent, with Family Guy (3.5 adults) and American Dad (2.8 adults) both rising 40 percent.

The return of The Biggest Loser was a strong one for NBC. Following a new episode of Dateline (1.5, up 25 percent from last winter's Sunday premiere), the latest cycle of the weight loss competition pulled a 2.9 rating with adults 18-49. That's up 21 percent from last winter's premiere, which aired on a Tuesday. NBC averaged a 2.2 adults rating and 6.4 million viewers for the night.

ABC kicked off the night with a repeat special of Once Upon a Time before a steady original (3.1 adults) of the fantasy drama. Revenge (2.4 adults) returned at 9 p.m., off just a tenth of a point from its last outing. Comedies Happy Endings (1.0 adults) and Don't Trust the B---- in Apt. 23 (0.9 adults), getting special airings at 10 and 10:30 p.m., were shy of their recent Tuesday performances.
