Chelsea Handler Gives Whitney Cummings Talk Show Hosting Advice

Whitney Cummings is on the rise!

One year after the 29-year-old comedienne executive produced, created and starred in her own NBC sitcom, Whitney, Cummings is making the leap to the late-night talk show circuit with the help of pal Chelsea Handler.

Premiering Nov. 28 on E!, Love You, Mean It, is Cummings' own weekly half-hour chat fest that will feature guests and Cummings' take on the latest in pop culture. Ahead of the show's kickoff, Handler gave her friend -- and frequent Chelsea Lately guest -- a few words of advice.

"I have a new talk show on E! produced by my dear friend Chelsea Handler, and she was kind enough to give me some tips on how to host a talk show. No. 1: Get Oxycontin. Already ahead of you, Chelsea. I can't feel anything from the neck down," Cummings, the co-creator of CBS' Two Broke Girls, jokes in a preview from her series.
