To take your beauty look from day to night when hitting up holiday parties, Flamberg suggests stashing products in your makeup bag that can pull double duty. "The most important thing to have is a BB (Beauty Balm) cream," she explains. "It's a tinted moisturizer that can act as your concealer. It'll give you a little bit of a glow and keep you looking fresh all night long."

Have tired eyes after party-hopping? Swipe on an illuminating under-eye concealer to look well-rested. To make eyes pop when heading from the office to a cocktail party, paint on a light smokey eye (a black to line the outer rims, and something with a bit of color for the outer rims). "When you're doing a smokey eye, cover your liner with eye shadow to make it look blended and give you a bit of an edge," says Flamberg, who loves to add glitter to her holiday makeup look.
