Two workers are believed dead, four injured, and two more missing Friday after an explosion on a platform 30 miles southeast of Grand Isle, Louisiana.

There are no reports of oil spilling into the Gulf, Houston's KHOU reports, as the platform on fire is a shallow water platform owned by Black Elk Energy Offshore.
Four injured workers were airlifted to a hospital in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, while two others were confirmed dead and two are missing.
Three of those hospitalized are reportedly in critical condition, according to WVUE's Chris Finch. The fire started about 9:15 a.m. local time, 30 miles southeast of Grand Isle, Louisiana.
As of 10:30 a.m., the fire had been extinguished.
