Ben Wu and David Usui’s series “This Must Be The Place” offers a pleasant reminder that, nestled in between all the Starbucks and Dallas BBQs in midtown Manhattan, you can still find a few old school burger joints. Prime Burger Restaurant, founded in 1938, is one of ‘em.
