The writing is on the wall for one designer this week when the all-stars are challenged to create wearable art inspired by graffiti -- or rather "aerosol art." Meanwhile in the workroom, it looks like the sing-a-long-get-a-long at Project Runway Summer Camp is over and the claws are coming out! D-R-A-M-A!

In the Workroom
The question is, “Is it hideous or is it fabulous?” Joanna Coles wants to know. And for this challenge we also ask, “Is it art?” I would have loved to do this challenge! Art is the ultimate inspiration. But from first glance it looks like the idea of "wearable art" has been taken too literally.
Ivy and Kayne’s lunchroom gossip sparks some resentment from Laura Kathleen. She has a lot of opinions this week but not a lot of friends. Pressure and tensions mount and rivalries form.
On the Runway
Andrae: Tinkerbell on acid at a garden party that got rained out.
Uli: The articulated shoulder has been interpreted by everyone, and the shoulder was the point of interest in this design. Not the "NEW" Uli's best work.
STORY: 'Project Runway: All Stars': New Host Carolyn Murphy Spills Secrets on Season 2
Kayne: I liked his attempt to make a dramatic ball gown out of street art, but this design felt like the glass was half empty.
Laura Kathleen: I liked the effect of the graffiti work, but I agree with how she critiqued her own design. That hemline was a creeper!
Anthony Ryan: Too safe. I liked his print and the idea of color-blocking with it, but I felt like this was too expected.
Casanova: I liked his use of the stones. If he would have pushed it more with the silhouette, I think it would have been more successful.
Emilio: This look seemed inspired by his finale collection from season seven. I disagreed with the judges this week -- I didn’t feel like the design was honest.

Suede: He was too ambitious this week and the execution was terrible. The proportions were off and the colors were too muddled. His model’s hair was the best part about this look.
Althea: The silhouette was flattering, but the style lines were distracting and the print was too understated for me.
Ivy: PRAS 2's bridesmaid. I liked Ivy’s concept and color palette, but the white at the skirt’s hem was distracting. I wish she would have used yellow chiffon instead -- I think it would have been more harmonious.
Joshua: This was actually my favorite look. Although we've seen this silhouette sent down the runway by every major label in the past season I liked that he used three different prints. It was unexpected.
The Judges’ Decisions
Emilio was named the winner this week, while "Suede Says" goodbye.
