Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood is engaged to 34-year-old Sally Humhpreys, his rep confirmed on Tuesday.
The 65-year-old rocker reportedly proposed to his theater producer girlfriend last week.
Wood has been married twice before.
He was previously wed to Krissy Findlay from 1971 to 1978, and model Jo Karslake from 1985 to 2011.
Earlier this month, the Rolling Stones released “Doom and Gloom,” their first new song in seven years.
The band is set to celebrate their 50th anniversary with four concerts in New York and London.
