“Hard-partying actress Lucy Hale and her on-again, off-again boy toy, Chris Zylka, are back on,” reports Star magazine.
The tabloid claims the pair was spotted “canoodling” at a Teen Vogue party last month, after Zylka revealed their split on Twitter with some candid comments for which he later apologized.
A Star source claims Hale and Zylka “were holding hands and totally joined at the hip” at the soiree.

But the same “insider” immediately backtracks, remarking, “They seemed to argue throughout the night.”
Uh-huh.
The reason Star might be hedging its bets on a Hale and Zylka reunion is because it’s simply not true.
A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the stars are NOT back together.
