Part of the Top 16 was revealed during a drama-filled “X Factor” on Wednesday, where some contestants were heralded onto the next round and others were emotionally sent home.
Due to scheduling issues with the MLB playoffs and acts of Mother Nature, the episode didn’t air in its entirety.
Instead, viewers were treated to a shortened version, and only saw which of Britney Spears and L.A. Reid’s contestants made it through, and part of Demi Lovato’s picks.

Among those moving on to the live shows with their respective coaches are 13-year-old Carly Rose Sonenclar, country singer Tate Stevens and the always enthusiastic Jason Brock.
A crushed Reed Deming, the Justin Bieber look-alike, was one of the singers eliminated.
The full Top 16 will be revealed during a special airing on Tuesday.
