Kristen Wiig freaked everybody out at ELLE's 19th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration when she walked on stage and began talking about her issues with regularity:

"I do want to say something from the heart, something actually kind of serious and truthful," she said after Judd Apatow introduced her. "I have not pooped in four days — four days! I've been travelling. I'm nervous. I'm getting concerned. I'm wearing a tight dress."
Megan Fox gave birth to a baby boy some time in September. It's her first child, Brian Austin Green's second. On her facebook, Megan writes:

"We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect. We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love."
